Welcome to the Ticketing System for the Duquesne City School District

This system is to submit a ticket to the Information Technology Department for technology issues, or to Maintenance to request building maintenance services.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system and have fully migrated to this ticketing system in lieu of Google Forms. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

You now have the ability to track your ticket progress, receive updates on tickets, and see previous tickets that have been resolved.

This process should completely streamline the process of receiving help and support within the District.

This service is integrated with your District Google account. Please use Google SSO to sign-in to create a new ticket or check status of an existing ticket.
